Exchange Policy


We do not provide refunds.

We accept Exchanges for items that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags and original packaging intact. However, we do not accept Exchanges for orders made with promotional codes, sales items and accessories. Exchanges are only for the same item in a different size.

An Exchange Request must be made via email within 72 hours upon receipt of the item. The email shall include the receipt number, receipt date, a picture of the item and an explanation of such request. If your Exchange Request is approved, pack the item in its original packing material and send your parcel using a delivery method that allows tracking (i.e. a reputable courier service). Exchange parcels are to reach us within 10 working days from dispatch date for local orders, or 20 working days for international orders.

You are responsible for courier costs of the Exchange item(s). Kindly note that all Exchange parcels are dealt via mailing only. If you Exchange an item that does not meet the requirements for Exchanges set out above, we reserve the right to reject the Exchange Request and any request for an exchange.

1. If the initial 72-hours period has expired, we will not review the Exchange Request.

2. If the item is judged to not be in new, unused, undamaged and/or unaltered condition, we reserve the right to refuse an Exchange Request.

3. Once your Exchange item is received according to the requirements stated above, we will send you a notification to confirm our receipt of the item. We will inspect the item and notify you of our acceptance/rejection of the Exchange request.



Mix-up?

If you believe you have received the wrong item, email us at customer.service@ecobaby.com.my with your order number, and a photograph of the item. We may ask you to proceed with sending your item back to us, for which your postage will be reimbursed. Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the correct item is no longer in-stock, store credit will be issued instead.
